Who makes the best mulitmeters? Fluke? Radio Shack 😉 I just saw there are others but let you tell me about them.

personal prefence.......fluke..then there's mac's which is a tektronix.......they are all the same more or less....and just as accurate

Fluke and Tektronix. Accessories, including software, are sometimes cheaper for Tektronix, which is unusual for them.

Don't look at just percentage accuracy figures because meters are also rated by count inaccuracy. In other words something like "+- 0.5%, +-3 digit counts," and I've seen count errors as high as 25, but Tektronix and Fluke tend to have very low digit count ratings.

Almost all digital meters are more accurate than most people need, so don't overlook cheaper models, even house brands, like Tenma (MCM Electronics).
