I think this has been ask a million times, but I was too busy writing MACH III

So, really, those who use electrics, what do you recomend?
Seems like are 2 styles, the 3 rotating heads and the other "remington" sytle.
Also, seems liek you can get 'em water proof also.

1. Is it worth it to get a water proof one?

2. Which style, the rotating heads or the "remington" style?

3. What brand?

1. Yeah...I kinda like being able to wash it...but I think most electrics are water proof now
2. Rotating heads with shaving lotion coming out from top
3. Norelco

Interesting that you say with lotion... if I am going to go to that trouble, I will use a MACH III, but for time when I am running out the door in a hurry, I would like to purchase an electric.

Just a warning: I ceased using mine (a Braun, sorry don't know what model) because it was giving me ingrown hairs (which are a real annoyance on the face). I've gone back to cheap disposable razors and have had no trouble since. It's just something for you to consider. ;)

Edit: Mine was what you have described as a "Remington Style"

I'm more partial to razors, but I've found this one electric that does wonders.

I have an $80 Norelco with the three heads (it's old) and it SUCKS...I went out and bought this $10 Braun one day...it's a straight head and it ROCKS. Don't know what it's called, where to get 'em...but it rocks.

Norelco Quadra, 68xxx; can't remember exact model. It's the one with the round lighted screen.

This model has reminder to wash out the floating heads; has screen telling me when to charge and when to clean it, etc. Cuts great, no nicks either.

It doesn't do email or connect to the web.....yuk, yuk.....

I don't have a "heavy" beard, etc. so don't have to shave (my face :D) more than once a day.....

Got it at Target sometime ago.

Very satisfied with it.

Cut and paste from the other razor thread:

I've had 2 brauns and the panasonic wet/dry. The panasonic just died on me so I thought I'd try a norelco with the three rotating heads. I don't get any where near as close a shave with that. I'm just waiting for the 21 days to be up so Norelco can buy this POS back from me and I can get another braun.
