AFAIK there is no memory rated at 150MHz 2-2-2. Mushkin's 150MHz parts are rated (and in fact programmed) at 2-3-2 and I don't think you are going to notice any performance difference betwen 2-2-2 and 2-3-2. You can also try any high quality 133MHz parts which might take you to (and maybe beyond) 150MHz at 2-2-2.
Cheers,

EDIT
I was wrong. Mushkin's High Performance REV 3 PC133 parts are in fact rated as 150MHz 2-2-2
My Muskin 128 MB PC133 High Performance ram Rev 2, runs @ 158 Hz Cas 2,2,2 strong, strong on my Asus A7v133 board, it was pretty cheap too, 2 sticks for 141 shipped 2nd day air that night.
ok, but is the perfomance twice the price better? NO!
The stuff I sell for half is also on 6 layer PCB, runs 150 2-2-2, and sure, no lifetime guarantee, but what is a lifetime guarantee, anyway? It's only good as long as the company is around, and then what if we move to a new standard in 2-3 years and nobody makes the stuff anymore?
LOL
