AFAIK there is no memory rated at 150MHz 2-2-2. Mushkin's 150MHz parts are rated (and in fact programmed) at 2-3-2 and I don't think you are going to notice any performance difference betwen 2-2-2 and 2-3-2. You can also try any high quality 133MHz parts which might take you to (and maybe beyond) 150MHz at 2-2-2.

Cheers,
SB

EDIT

I was wrong. Mushkin's High Performance REV 3 PC133 parts are in fact rated as 150MHz 2-2-2

Yea, but that RAM is a hefty $125 at their site. I bought a 128mb DIMM of PC-133 Rev 3 2-2-2 RAM at Mushkin, and its pretty damn good.

My Muskin 128 MB PC133 High Performance ram Rev 2, runs @ 158 Hz Cas 2,2,2 strong, strong on my Asus A7v133 board, it was pretty cheap too, 2 sticks for 141 shipped 2nd day air that night.

You guys that are buying Mushkin are paying almost double what ram with the same chips on it sells for elsewhere, including mine. Why pay so much?

because it's Mushkin!
Mushkin black pcb!
Mushkin lifetime warranty!
Mushkin 150 222 guarantee!
they're willing to pay extra for these.

ok, but is the perfomance twice the price better? NO!

The stuff I sell for half is also on 6 layer PCB, runs 150 2-2-2, and sure, no lifetime guarantee, but what is a lifetime guarantee, anyway? It's only good as long as the company is around, and then what if we move to a new standard in 2-3 years and nobody makes the stuff anymore?
LOL :)

Compuwiz.....

What is your current price on a 128mb PC150 222 stick right now (with shipping)?

Thanks.

Cybordolphin, $62ea

Chips are Infineon #HYB39S128800CT-7.5

Now, compare that to the Mushkin Rev.3 (you will see the exact same chips on them)

These are 6 layer PCB's, so are those, as well as both are single sided. :)
