I have one of these in my sons computer it is an Intel motherboard. Documintation is hard to get if you are not a Official Dell customer. The mb has a non standard cpu fan plug but you can connect the cpu fan into the fan header behind the cpu. On boot the bios will report the cpu is in safe mode just hit F1 to continue! The mb has 4 pins in lower middle of the board right next to two small contact switches. the upper two pins are for power on and the lower pins are for reset. The two switches are for power on and reset also. I never did find the Hard drive LED pins though. O well I got it over the net for 25 bucks and it works great! It does not come with a heatsink fan retention bracket but you can find them on the net. It is an Intel 845PE chipset motherboard that supports northwood processors at 400 or 533 mhz fsb. I think it is good up to 3 ghz. I am currently running a 1.8gh p4 in my sons computer. Good luck
