Most of the Skyhawk MSR series can't hold a full (12x13") EATX mobo. They are a lot of case for the money though and
http://www.mwave.com still has some if you'd like for some other project.
Enermax
CS-10182. Very nice case for reasonable money.
CoolerMaster Stacker already mentioned above.
Chenbro is always a good bet for sturdy, conservative cases. Their SR20503 is one of the smallest cases than can handle a 12x13 mobo. Many of their EATX capable srvr/wksta cases are unusually compact. Also not easy to find at the usual hobbyist sites - found easily with froogle though.
Yeong Yang also makes some nice cases: WW201/202 and their cubes, but you'll play heck finding a place to buy them.
Several of the Silverstone cases can fit EATX but are kind of pricey - the TJ05 is the most reasonably priced. If you still like the Antec style case, Chenming is a way to get them w/o a PSU as the Antec PSU star doesn't shine as brightly as it once did. Codegen CAT-9011, S-101, S-201 (usually carried by Newegg and Dealsonic etc.) aren't as well made as some others, but they'll definitely do the job. The Thermaltake Xaser V7000 has a bit of bling on the front, but they are big, sturdy cases (the Damier is the Alunimum version) and quite inexpensive relative to the price they started at. The Armor w/o window is OK as well - you can dump the LED fans and it can look quite conservative. SVC has one of the Damiers w/o window at under $100.
Just scratched the surface here.
