who makes good and affordable wide angle lenses?

I need to pick on up for video use (37mm lens) - any ideas? I know that century optic is very good but i can't afford that..

Just to state the obvious: "good" and "cheap" don't belong in the same sentence. You're not going to find quality optics "cheap."

I use a JVC lens for my JVC Camera...but it's 52mm.

Yeah....when it comes to specialty lenses "good" and "cheap" are mutually exclusive.
