My understanding is that because the KT133a is very similar to the KT133, probably every manufacturer that has currently released a KT133 board will at some point offer a KT133a variant. VIA has a list of KT133a partners here:
The only company that seems conspicuous buy its absence is ABIT.
The Epox board looks to me to be good, as would probably any ASUS or ABIT board incorporating the KT133a. You can read about the Epox board at ocworkbench.com.
