No one, I believe. :(

The closest is the Mushkin who makes 2-3-3 DDR RAM, called the Special and High Performance grades.

I am able to run one stick of Mushkin 512 Special at 2-2-2 up to 149 MHz. The Mushkin that I have uses Nanya chips.

I also had one stick of Infineon 512 DDR rated at 2.5-3-3 and had no problem running it at 2-2-2 up to 147 MHz.

My P4 rig.

Mushkin doesn't actually make the memory. They just re-brand RAM made by others. Corsair really makes the RAM you're asking for.

Ok, now where is a good place to get some of this corsair ram for cheap? I live in Australia and we can't get this sort of stuff over here as cheap and abundant as it seems to be there in the states. So one thing the place needs to be able to do is international shipping, I'm going to get a 2 or 3 sticks and put this into an nforce board (2 for the nforce board, but I might change my mind on what board).

Really?

The Infineon A grade are 7 ns chips and quite capable of running 2-2-2, but Infineon still rate the module a conservative 2.5-3-3.

The Samsung are all 7.5 ns chips. I doubt that they can run as fast as the Infineon.
