Who make that case with the screwless design?

My brother told me about this case where you don't even need to screw in the pci cards, they just snap in... anyone know about this case?

Try Here: Pham Computer I used one to build a PC for my mother-in-law. They are not bad cases and like the description says, they only need screws in the floppy drive. Even the rails for the 5 1/4 drives snap on. The MB also uses some neat brass standoffs that allow it to snap in too.
