Depends what the leftovers are. If it has meat and was made properly then leftovers are great. If it's a fried or boiled egg left overnight in the fridge then ewwww.

You can make lots of good stuff from leftovers. For example, dicing all the meat from that leftover quarter chicken makes a great addition to a salad or filling for lots of other dishes. Get creative, and think of your leftovers as available ingredienents for whatever you're putting together.
