Who Keeps Leaving All The Lights On And Why?

Just trying to figure these people out. Is it laziness or what? Is it that damn hard to turn off the lights when you leave a room? Is this a friggen hobby for some people? Do you get pissed when you find a room that you forgot to leave fully lit all day long? :|

pure laziness and it bugs the hell out of me. i hate it when i come back from classes for the day and my roommates are gone and every light in the apt excpet my room is on. what the hell, should i pay for their laziness
