Who just watched House?

I couldn't understand some parts due to poor audio because my gf was sleeping.

1. So House wasn't hallucinating Cameron. Why did she come back? Didn't she leave with Chase when House fired him? I missed the whole dialogue in the end. What is she back and what has she been doing? And what was she talking about the 3 weeks?

2. How about Chase? It was real Chase in the surgery room right? Why is he back?

3. If both Cameron and Chase were real, does that mean Foreman sighting wasn't an hallucination either?

I'm confused.

Chase didn't leave either, he's working in the hospital too. She's been working in the ER for three weeks, Chase is on the surgical team. Foreman works in Neurology.

Anyone else think they're getting ready to jump the shark?

him and her are working in the hospital now

i got the impression the foreman one was hallucination because his friend said he really is away at a diff hospital when house was asking why he tried to trick him

i think Wilson was just messing with House by saying chase/cameron moved to arizona. chase took some surgical job and cameron in the er since they left house. foreman was a hallucination though i think.

I dunno, I think Wilson is just being Wilson and Foreman really is in Neurology...

So they never left? Them with Wilson have been foolin' House all along? Why? Didn't house FIRE Chase?

Is Foreman there too or is House hallucinating?

they showed him only talking to chase/cameron though after the hallucinations, not foreman

I don't really care though, I gotta say that episode kinda sucked... there was some funny parts but it wasn't really too interesting.
Hopefully the next one is better.
