He's worked in that factory for 26+ years now, moving from machine to machine. I worked there 1 summer on the shears during college and I don't know how the man does it.

My dad is a forman at an industrial steel fabrication facility. It's only comfortable there in the wintertime and I also have no idea how he's done his job for nearly 30 years now.

This is "my dad can beat up your dad" for young adults. I believe half of the serious responses. Too many "CEO's of large corporations". And sports champions, and politician? I doubt it.

My dad is a Presbyterian minister. Takes guts to admit that on this board. Fire away!

My Dad is currently a civil engineer and is a Force Recon Marine who did three tours in Vietnam which left him with three purle hearts, a bronze star, and a silver star to name a few. He also did a couple years as a drill instructor at Parris Island. He's a mean sonofabitch, but I thank him for making me who I am.

:Q  so you're saying he's no John Kerry? :p

Far from it ;)
