To be honest and fair, I can't understand people posting their PM contents publicly. It just seems tacky and impolite to me. I wouldn't take it kindly if someone I had expectations for did something similar.
Basically, PMs can be taken out of context and are supposed to be private. Even when someone went disclosing a private message I had with them in public, I just ignored the person, never spoke to the person again in PM and avoided them in public. I couldn't stoop low to share a PM, especially without someone's written consent. The only exception would be if someone actually did violate the rules of the forum and the PM is relevant to resolving the matter and obtaining relevant information. Even then, I would avoid posting the actual PM and just paraphrase the part that's relevant. I would only post the actual quote if I couldn't paraphrase it without possibility of losing the meaning and context of the post. But I wouldn't go low to disclose a personal exchange that's irrelevant to the forum.

Huh? What do you mean? He registered under a new nick? I ask 'cuz he still has the Tuffguy nick and people claim to still be receiving PMs from him under the nick Tuffguy.

I have reasons to suspect that Tuffguy is posting again under a female nick, and my reasons go far beyond mere speculation. HINT-HINT as in "yes I know who you are".

Don't even start with the preaching, Lord Jezo. If anyone deserves to be preached to, it's you! I can live without the forum and don't care what happens at the forum (with exclusions to the rules)(. What I do care about is what happens in PM. Even though internet friends aren't to be equated with real life friends--in my view, I still think courtesy and respect should be extended to people. And above all you're disrespecting yourself by stooping low. I don't find it fanciful to stoop low, which means disrespecting myself. That's so different from anything goes at the forums. I have said already that I don't care about the forum materials, but that isn't the same as PMing and spilling it over to a thread without written consents.
Dwell, you could be right. I'll keep an eye now with Adul's declaration and your suspicion. But I still don't think it's appropriate to disclose the contents of a PM in this situation.

No, Hammer, I don't spank nerds. If I did, I would be telling them that they were worthy of my time and effort. 😛 Just kidding. It just isn't my thing. I don't think high of people who do it. In fact the other person may be a jerk but the fact that he limited it to PMs even makes me have respect for him more than I would the person who broadcasted everything.
LOL, Conjur. My sis dragged me to watch Passions when she was watching it everyday. I was so excited about it and got anxious to know what was up. Well, now I'm sorry to say that I don't care for that show. And it's the worst Soap Opera plot that I've ever seen. Well, let's just say I'm not sure there's even a plot. I've been praying or this show to die . . . I was surprised it didn't last year. I have never seen a Soap Opera with bad or no plot at all. And then when they get a little idea, they drag you through it for the whole year before it finally comes out. Now everyone's sleeping with everyone else and everyone's pregnant. Freaky, meaningless and disgusting show. Unfortunately my sis still watches it, even after complaining too. 😛 The characters are changed repeatedly.
The only character that I really miss is the original Ethan. He's so cute and handsome. I don't like the new Ethan. I also like Julian . . . funny, but he makes me laugh with his role. 😛 They do have beautiful and handsome guys on that show though, in contrast to other Soap Operas.
