Long time reader first time poster. A professor of mine is giving people extra credit for anyone who can guess who is in this picture with him. He said he is in the rock and roll hall of fame. Couldn't figure it out and figured someone in here could.

Started doing that but there is like a hajillion inductees so I figured one of you guys would recognize him real quick
 
dang, he could be a member of a band from the 60's or 70's , that is going to be hard to figure out unless some rock nerd just happens to know this
