The STIG is someone younger I think, so can't be Tiff. The STIG is also obviously male.

Sure.
In the BBC show Top Gear, they have an anonymous person drive the cars for the best possible lap time.
It is probably a guy, he is white, and undoubtedly a former race car driver. Since it is the UK, he is probably F1 rather than NASCAR.
There are probably 2 STIGs.
One dresses in all black and the other in all white.
based on the white STIG's height, and Damon Hill's friendship with Clarkson, I am guessing they are the same.
