I think the proper way to take a measurement of height weight for comparison purposes is the BMI (Body Mass Index) which a lot of physicians use.

A good friend of mine was 6'2" 130 throughout college. His older brothers are both buffed and over 200 lbs. but he never got past 145 even with weights and eating a ton.
