So, who do you think it is?
 
As a dark horse favourite, I'd say Pres Mushareff(sp?) of Pakistan. Who else can directly affect the decisions of the United States, the EU, Britain (I know they're in the EU), S. Arabia and other ME states, India (2nd biggest country) and through India, China. Sort of a lynchpin effect.

Other than that little fantasy, maybe yao ming.
