Who is the second biggest terrorist threat...

I imagine we can all agree that Islamic radicals present the biggest terrorist threat to the US. What group is the second biggest threat? Rogue states? Neo-nazis? Separatists? Are there any domestic terrorist threats?

Sorry for the lack of content, but really, ignorane here and abroad is a great danger. One possible fix is education.

These are major concerns after terrorism:

China is becoming a problem. They are growing rapidly and building up their military
North Korea is a problem that is linked with China.
You can't mess with NK unless you want to mess with China.

South America is seeing a lot of anti-U.S (Bush) lately. Esp. in Venezuela.

and I don't think Islamic radicals have a significant threat on the U.S. They cannot weaken us. The above can weaken us.

I agree with raildogg that ignorance is the 2nd biggest, but that's assuming Islamic extremism (or any extremism) isn't created by ignorance. I belive it is created by ignorance, as is racial extremism, and political extremism.

Thus ignorance is the number 1 terrorist threat, followed by the extremism that it creates.

Personally, I don't see any other terrorist threats besides radical muslims...

The radical muslims are told throughout their lives how bad and terrible the big US is, and that the world would be so much better without it. When a lie is told enough times, it will be believed. Those radical muslims simply need to be educated. It is hard to educate someone who is intent on killing you.
