Who is the Original MFG For these 2 OEM notebooks?

Im looking at getting into this Gateway 200x Notebook.
But Samsung also has Samsung X10 Notebook its not sold in the U.S.

The form of both are exactly alike. Im guessing there is a company that mfg the notbook and sells to both Samsung and Gateway & maybe others.
Does anyone out there know what is the name of this company is? and if they have this same notebook selling to other companies?

any info here will be great

It appears that the Gateway is a rebadged Samsung. According to this (translated from russian...poorly) Dell and Gateway are using Samsung for thier 14.1" notebooks.

There is a DigiTimes article titled 'Dell and Gateway order super-slim 14.1-inch notebooks from Samsung', but you have to be a member to read it.

EDIT: It looks like the Gateway 200x is actually a rebadged Samsung X05
