Who is the ODM for Averatec?

The title explains it all, so does anyone know who manufactures Averatec's? Or do they actually have their own plant(I highly doubt it)? I'm just curious, they seem to be built pretty solid, reminds me of the ibook(i believe uniwill makes it for them, correct me if I'm wrong).
