i've seen both kate bosworth and natalie portman in person in los angeles.
kate bosworth was unusually short, so much so that she came off more as "cute" than hot.

natalie portman, on the other hand just GLOWED. she just radiates beauty. still, it's more of an elegant Audrey Hepburn/ Grace Kelly beauty rather than "hotness". But i guess it's how you define hotness...
