Corsair's ValueSelect is an insanely good bargain, Crucial and Mushkin make good quality at a good price point. OCZ wins for quality and speed, but it costs you out the a$$. Depends on what you're looking for in RAM.

I don't have my Mushkin yet, but they seem to be an excellent underrated manufacturer, so they got my vote.

Samsung, Hynix, Infineon (Seimens) come to mind. SEC and Infineon are top quality products.

Crucial is the brand for Micron tech. (Mt)

Micron and Infineon are working closely with GDDR-3. They also are not slow to observe JEDEC's crappy standardizing.
DDR-3 desktop memory won't be released in years to come, JEDEC just wants the money I swear, anyone disagree? It's the slow-bunny process, speeds up when a researcher finds something innovating so JEDEC doesn't fall behind.

You should put chip manufacturers. Most on you list can use any variety of chips. I prefer Siemens and Micron.
