Who is the best Counter-Strike player in the world?

This can be figured out easily.

CS skill is proportional to:
Body fat percentage, # of coca colas consumed in the past year, # empty chip bags left near computer, knowledge of 1337 speak

CS skill is inveresly proportional to:
#of female friends, 2^(# of real girlfriends had), # of times gone out last month

and a few other things 🙂

CS is a team game, there is no "best" player. Unless your idea of Counterstrike is one guy with an MP5 vs a team with 5 AWPers and 5 M4's.

Yeah but I wish the scoring also reflected this. Individual scores are just the number of kills a person makes. It doesn't matter that a person died doing 98% damage to the other person, someone else will cap him with an errant shot for 2% more damage and get the kill. I wish indivdual scoring was more of a how much damage did you do kind of a thing.

There are servers that keep track of damage/accuracy etc in the stats...

I've played on some really good servers and found that the "best" players find the same camping spots every round and pick off the guys trying to have fun. They'll be a CT, the bomb will be planted, and they won't move. Sure, they have a K😀 of 4 or 5 on a tough server, but I don't consider them the best.

Yeah but a good player will kill or cause more damage on average then a *lucky* player with some lucky shooting in that round. Over the course of a rund the better player will have MUCH more kills then any lucky guy.

I get 1 maybe 2 kills a round and not die. Not great player and my friend almost nearly gets 3-5 kills a round. I'm lucky at times but his scores are crazy!

So THAT's how you people know your weapons so well. I thought there was an interest in real-world weaponry around here for a while.

I know all about flak cannons and pulse rifles. Oh yeah, the redeemer is good too. 😉
