I was looking at Neweggs website and I noticed a company named "Rosewill" had tons of different hardware for sale.
Is this Newegg renaming some products?
 
Newegg has been selling their products for quite awhile. So I don't think they are very new. They seem to make decent products at that.

From what I understand, they rebadge other companies' stuff, so it's hit and miss. If they happen to be rebadging Antec PSUs this week, you get a good deal...if they're rebadging Sparkle's PSUs....

If you can get the Sparkles which are FSPxxxx versions then they are better than Antecs.
Those are rebranded Fortron's and run higher watts than Antecs on the 12v rails which power the majority of the system. They don't come in a pretty case like the Antecs so are only the better option if you already have a case but they are good psu's to be sure. Electrical nerds suggest them consistently. 🙂

Now the non-FSPxxx Sparkle psu's might blow up your mobo. 🙂
 
I believe it is a subsidiary of Newegg as only Newegg and ChiefValue (another Newegg satellite) are carrying the brand. As others have said, they don't make anything - they are just packagers.

I have bought a Rosewill MB and Video card. Been running them for a few months with no problems and they were really decently priced. I bought them because they have alot of 5 star ratings from users
 
The one case I bought from Rosewill from Newegg was decent. It was obviously not top notch quality, maybe even made in China. But the price made it worth it.
