Who is ripping who in antivirus software?

Hi there, so I've noticed that Bitdefender total security 2014 and Auslogic antivirus 2013 use pretty much the exact same UI/interface.

So my question is who is ripping off who? This is a big deal if some antivirus company ripped the other ones interface and use it as their own.

But it may be legal for all you know, the Auslogics AV may be using the same Bitdefender engine for all you know it and Bitdefender must've agreed to sell it to them.
