Yeah the guy from Global Crossing is just as guilty as Ken Lay, neither will ever be prosecuted.
No one harps about him, with his $100million+ CA estate, while Ken Lay "only" has his $15million Houston estate, as they had to sell off the others to pay debt. FYI Ken Lay in no way shape or form cashed out of Enron, yes he cashed out some, but the vast majority of his holdings in Enron were not cashed out.
