So my girlfriend, being the intelligent girl that she is, has started dropping hints about what she wants for Christmas: a Mitch Hedberg DVD among other things. Who is he and does anyone know that name of the DVD?

he is a stand up comedian who died last year.....he has some funny stuff, but a lot of people think it is just dumb

he has a Comedy Central presents DVD out I know....it's not too bad. maybe you can buy her his 2 cds "Strategic Grill Locations" and "Mitch All Together"
 
i saw him on Comedy Central's sunday half-an-hour special.... his style is kinda different... Not extremely funny to me though.

but I do remember one of his lines, it goes something like this:

"You know what, I love escalators, cuz when they became broken, they just became stairs."
 
"I bought some Fritos the other day, they were Texas Grilled Fritos...they had grill marks on them..........hell yeah! reminds me of summer, when we'd light up the grill, and throw down some fritos.....I can still see my dad with the Apron on "you better flip the frito dad...you know how i like it"

I bought his CD a year or two ago, and it came with a DVD with two performances. Not sure if that's the one you're looking for.

Mitch Hedberg sucked ass IMO. Not funny at all. But hey, everyone has different types of humor they enjoy. I'm more of a Dave Chappelle, Dave Attell, and Jim Gaffigan kind of guy.

i like dave chappelle, but i don't like dave attell at all.

At first, I only knew Dave Attell from the show Insomniac, and I really didn't like him at all. But then I heard his stand up... HOLY SH!T, was he funny. He killed me! I now rank him VERY high on my list of funny comedians. The guy is just freakin' hilarious.
