Who is Killcreek (regarding DaiKatana), and why is lowtax constantly talking about her breasts?

Ok...I'm at work, and I'm bored senseless.
So I loaded up somethingawful.com and started reading his reviews of games, and I looked at Daikatanas.

He's constantly talking about someone named Killcreek and her breasts....what's the deal? lol I know who John Romeo is, but who his is pop people afflicted side kick with the boobs?

Killcreek was a level deisgner/programmer for the game. She is also John Romeros girl. Last I heard at least.

she aint that pretty, but she does program games...she also seems sorta full of herself. but like i said, she is the only person i know of that programs GAMES and looks like that. hope that helps

Besides I just wanted to know who she is.....I'd just never heard of her before Lowtax started trashing her, and it's funnier reading him trash people if I know who they are

She's not so hot in those pics but she was on the cover of some PC game magazine (which no longer exists) and was dressed up as a school teacher, now that was something to look at

Heh, this is kind of mean, but I scanned in this picture from my freshman yearbook (at University of Kansas). Honest, Stevie Case lived on the same floor as me in McCollum Hall here at KU. She was involved in Hall Gov and played Quake in her spare time. The guys in my wing would play against her all the time and lose (she really is that good). Shortly after the end of that school year (1997) she played against Romero and beat him (pathetic). Oh yeah, she also lost a LOT of weight.

I really don't mean to disparage her at all. What she's managed to accomplish is quite a feat, actually. Everyone has the right to feel good about themselves, and if breast implants do that for her, then more power to her. And losing 50 pounds is something probably less than 5% of overweight people can do (and keep it off like she has done).

She is a really nice person too. She's not the type that would let the fame go to her head. Not to mention that she's incredibly intelligent also (check out her commentary on her web site if you don't believe me).

The slut thing is just an act... and who can blame her? That is what the gaming industry promotes... that's what gamers WANT to see. She's a smart cookie, and she's accomplished a lot. Good for her.

I used to call her Romero's Ho and call him a PIMP for turning her into a Barbie doll to distract the drooling little boys from the fact that Daikatana was the worst POS since Trespasser. He would trot her to the trade shows and everyone would blow a load in their shorts and proclaim that they were Romero's bitch.

I couldn't believe it when PC Gamer put her on the cover of their &quot;New Game Gods&quot; issue. They had people like Tim Sweeney and the guy who created Homeworld and then this bimbo who was a LEVEL DESIGNER for a crappy game! IS SUCK!!!!:| She spent the whole time whining about how she was really into games, etc. (Never doubted it sister, but could you get a job somewhere without f*cking the hair farmer of a boss.) Daikatana proved that American McGee was probably the brains behind Doom's level design.

The damn players guide was out months before the actual game and featured a pin-up of KillerHootersCreek. Gee, my SimCity 3000 guide didn't have a pinup. I want my money back!
