Can anybody tell me how in the world they make their frames look like that? I'm trying and I have no idea how to make it similar to that. Thanks for your help!
 
Even though it is written in ASP.NET, one could still view the resultant HTML source code of the page from any browser.
 
quick question about these blogs/xanga-type things, you dont need to know html or any programming unless you wanted a loota control over the layout right?
