Ok, I need a shed or extra storage box in the back yard, a plastic box will not be big enough. I need one around 10' X 12' and at least 7 ' tall.

I saw Arrow brand advertised on Sears and other local places in town. Is it a good brand? Any advises will be appreciated.

If you're going to do it do it right - Pour a floor, make it a proper building.

At 120 sq feet you probably won't need a building permit.

The arrow steel sheds are probably the cheapest solution, but they will eventually rust and fall apart. There are lots of other options if you want something nicer looking, such as wood kits from Handy Home or vinly kits from Royal. But the nice vinyl and wood kits will be > $1000 for the size you want.

TuffShed comes to mind... I think that's the brand. They're framed just like a normal house/garage. Blows away most any shed you'll find at Sears/Home Depot/etc.

I've got a couple. Personally, I can't see any reason to purchase a package from a store. Just build one yourself. There's gotta be a multitude of plans out there. Also, I'd probably go with steel siding and roofing... Steel siding these days comes with up to a 30 year warranty, so you really don't have to worry about it rusting out.

Thanks for all the replies.

Build by yourself is not possible, don't think I am that good and don't have the time.

I think I will get the special from Lowes, 10X8 Piedmont steel storage building with 401 cu. ft. and all painted galvanized steel plus free floor foundation kit for $228.

What the heck is galvanized anyway?
