Ditched my HTC One and picked up an iPhone 6 Plus. I always used Torque but there's no iPhone version. Dashcommander looks a lot better any ways, so I figured I'd go buy it. But my question is, I can't find any real information on if I should go with a Wifi or a BT ODB2 adapter here. I know only specific BT adapters work with iOS. Of course the cheapy ELM 337 I bought off Ebay doesn't lol. Maybe someone here has used both and can chime in? I'd like to get something small like the ELM, I don't want to drop $150, but I would like something that's responsive.

Is there any reason why you couldn't go with a cheap Android tablet/phone just to run torque? Since you already have the app and an adapter that works, might be cheaper to go that route.
