...just wondering if any of you have experience setting up stuff without Plesk/Cpanel. Having an interesting time... 😛

Should be clearer. I don't have any professional CP stuff installed -- no Ensim/Plesk/Cpanel. I have WHM installed, but that doesn't offer any help in the realm of squirrelmail.

I work with mostly all the major control panel's daily.. what are you trying to do exactly, might be able to help you out
 
Trying to setup squirrelmail with multiple domains (vlogin), and I'm having some problems. Finally got it setup so that a user could login with just username (rather than username.domainname), but the default From address when a user hasn't configured squirrelmail yet shows up as username.domainname@domainname.com rather than just username@domainname.com.

Confused yet? 😀

I'm on AIM (entityAT) if you need clarification. So confused. 😕
