I love eggs. Fried or poached is good with caviar or smoked oysters on top. Fried eggs are good on top of a bowl of chili.
Three minute eggs are great.
1. Place eggs in water in a pan on the stove.
2. Heat to a rolling boil and begin 3 minute countdown.
3. At the end of three minutes, shock quickly with cold water, remove eggs.
4. Crack the top of the egg and feast.
