No. If I buy a TV, I'm going to buy a quality TV... $500 isn't cheap enough to throw away on a POS TV.

He may not be afraid of the deal, more like the hell they call bestbuy. Don't get me wrong, i shop there on occasion(actually was just there today to get company of heroes and civ 4 for 19.99 each)but they are a horrible business. I don't mind it much, but some people hate them and won't go near them, especially on BF

Hey there eeezee, long time no see. I'm hoping to snag the 42" Westinghouse for $999. The 32" would give me the same 4:3 viewable area as my 27" crt and was really hoping to get a surface-area upgrade. In any case, all the Westinghouse tv's are an incredible deal on black friday at Worst Buy.

Not me, I'm going hiking on BF like I do every year. Everyone else is shopping leaving the trails to me.

I'm not afraid of a good deal. I'm just not going to goto BB at 7 PM tomorrow night to wait in line all night for some no-name TV.

Have you ever been to BB on Black Friday? It's hell on Earth, no matter how good the deals are.

try working best buy on black friday... I think it's worse (unless well, you're the crazy fool who camps out right after thanksgiving dinner). *shudder*... 7 years ago and I still cringe at the thought of it...

haha, we wish it was only 2 hours. Try not going to bed and standing in line for 8 hours.

Not according to all of the scanned Best Buy ads I've seen. Your forum link requires registration, and I don't care to sign up

This is by no means a cheap TV. It has awesome picture quality and a good deal of inputs as well as an easy to use menu system.

However, I had three of these TV's lock up on me constantly (1+ per day). I took it back and switched it out for the 37" 37W2 and couldn't be happier, although the menu system is not quite as refined as on the 32".

If you read over on AVS, this is a common problem on the 32W6 and it often takes a couple of returns to get one that works right.

When it does work, it produces very good blacks (when calibrated) and has an awesome viewing angle. I have noticed a fair bit more ghosting on the 37 though. I didn't notice it on the 32. And it is a 1366x768 LCD.

If I recall correctly, the 27" and the 32" are the exact same price. That does not make much sense now, does it :Q?
