I've never had the premium channels (HBO, Cinemax), or anything beyond that... always basic cable (MTV, ABC, etc.)

How many of you have the premium channels?
 
I don't have cable at all anymore. When I did, we only had HBO since they have quite a few good original series.
 
Not I. The only thing they're good for is their original programming (HBO mostly). But that's not worth the cost to me, I'd rather wait until the shows are out on DVD.

For movies, you can get unlimited rentals at Hollywood Video for the same price - and I choose the movies.
