So in college I went up to ask my teacher a question, and he asked me if my name was Chin. I said no, it's Jason. Then he said "oh well, you're all the same to me."
That bastard. I should have knocked him out on the spot!
 
He probably meant that Asians all look similar to him and it is hard to tell them apart, not necessarily in a derogatory way.
