Who here has Adelphia Powerlink? (email spam rant)

I've had Adelphia Powerlink cable modem service for over a year, and ever since I started with them I've been getting massive email spams... I hadn't even given out my email address to ANYONE!!! Same thing with my dad's email address... and when my friend up in Newbury Park got switched over from GTE cable to Adelphia, the second he checked his Adelphia email address, all he got was spam. I noticed here that they are testing some software in the Coudersport, PA area to combat against spam... is anybody here in that area? Does it actually work? This is rediculous... it's gotten just as bad as Hotmail.

Yep, its worse than hotmail for me now, and I don't give my adelphia address out to anyone.

I have Adelphia way up here in VT and get very little spam actually. All the spam goes to yahoo from the free/deals type things.
