My 1990 Lumina can be considered totaled. Back in December 02 I got in to a 5 car pile up. My car survived but the front was demolished. Body shops wanted 1k - 4k to fix it. The car was worth no more than 500 bucks. It cost me 80 bucks to find the pieces at the junkyard and fix it myself. I drove it around just fine until last summer where I stopped driving that beater around.
