Pat yourself on the backs
I owe $0 on my CC's and am slowly but surely starting to amass some savings so I can feel more secure / get a place of my own.
When stuff comes along that's unexpected (car accident/repair/bill/etc) it's tough putting savings on hold, but it's gotta be done!
At one time I was about 11k in the hole ... so it's especially sweet to be 10 months free
I was just thinking about recent threads where people are up to their eyeballs, it's nice to be on top of things
edit: cc's, loans, student loans don't count ...
mortgages are ok
