who here gets december 24th and 31st off?

so generally, all companies have this policy then right?...if these holidays fall on a weekend, you get the day before/after off for observation....cool....

darn...and i thought i was special

Actually this year we are getting the 24th off only because it hit on a friday, otherwise we would work but usually are let out early. Dec 31th i have to work.

Same here....but not the days in between

I think I get the 19th - 3rd or something like that, which is a plus of being back in school... everything else pretty much sucks though 😉

half day on 24th and 31st. full day off on the 27th and 3rd. i'll probably use PTO to get the full day off on the 24th and 31st though, so i'll have two back to back 4 day weekends.

1/2 day on the 23rd (which doesn't matter, I don't work on Thursdays). 24th, and 31st off. Maybe even the Monday AFTER New Year's, but I doubt it (don't know yet, latest holiday calendar hasn't been posted). Might use the 3rd of December as a PTO day also, since it'll be my 20th birthday and I'd like to sleep in on that day.. but I'll probably just take a half day and only use 4 hrs of PTO instead of 8.
