Who here eats bitter melon?

Just wondering, most people I know find it too bitter to eat. Any of you eat it on a regular basis, or at least once in a while? What about white people? Seems like white people never eat it.

I like it in soups and sauteed.

The world is addicted to coffee, which I find to be quite exceptionally bitter. The only way it's made good is if it's heavily diluted with ridiculous amounts of milk and sugar. Maybe it's just me.

Nope I need milk and sugar in my coffee too. Although I can usually get by if I have heavy whipping cream.
