I use a freebsd box as my gateway. You can do a lot more with it then using a router.

download and install tree walk DNS I use it and its free and 10x faster than my ISP's DNS services and no more 404's Text My isp charter.net sucks! I cant get to bbzzdd.com either unless I use another dns service.

Rogers seems to have been having DNS problems for the last few days. Try switching to another DNS service such as OpenDNS.

Hadn't worked for me in a long time. I use Rogers also.... Do I see a pattern?

On Rogers here too. Don't think that site has worked for me for at least 2 weeks.

How do you flush DNS? I have a router (Linksys) and I have not been able to access my clan's site for some odd reason anymore but others can. I am hoping flushing DNS might be the solution

no prob here but my ISP is Bezeq. try to use a different DNS server? have you tried entering the direct ip of the site perhaps bypassing the DNS server would help?

I think I saw that thread - you already restarted your machine right? I think windows clears on restart. If you want to do it anyway, pull up a command prompt and do: 'ipconfig /flushdns'.

I can't ever access BBZZDD. My provider blocks the website because of it's, "Pornographic" content. WTF? :confused:
