Who has worked at an engraving place? Please identify this font. [Update: Font identified, now where can I d/l it?]

I'm trying to find this font. I know this was done on one of those engraving machines using two-layer plastic. White on top, black underneath. When the top layer is engraved away, the black layer shows through.

I tried identifont, myfonts.com, and a couple other sites but I can't find an exact match. I'm hoping the unusual "3" and "C" would help track it down, but no joy so far. It's very close to News Gothic Condensed in general, but the "3" is wrong and the "C" and letter "O" aren't quite right either.

Update: It's close enough to a font called News Gothic Condensed. Does anyone know where this, or a clone of it, can be downloaded? Thanks.
