the dude that sings for cradle of filth

Really? Maybe I'm biased cause I really dislike that band, but I don't remember him being a particularly good singer. The lyrics are terribad. Sing songy, and sound like a 10 year old put them together.

For me, Shreya Ghoshal is the best female singer in the world today.

"Scream for me <insert country here>!"

He does have an awesome voice. Love his solo work

I wouldn't call it 'pretty' tho, unless it's used in the sense of 'pretty kickass'

lol, agreed, I was playing off of rdubbz' avatar.

Bruce is my all time favorite singer though. I will be crushed when Iron Maiden calls it quits in a few years.

you know, i've gotta say that i think my friend, dan scheuermann, has the best singing voice.... he's the lead singer of deleted scenes.

Your hatred of the shift key makes you really hard to read/understand.

Bianca Ryan is half-Japanese, half-Irish. A red-headed 16yo Asian girl?! [the 11yo vid was 2006] You're probably all over that! ;)

Many of my choices are already listed in this thread, so I'll just throw Bowie out there. He's got quite a set of pipes on him.

I have Victor Wooten's daughter singing a song on a live recording. She was probably 13 at the time and I was blown away.

Although I don't listen to their music, the most notable female "beautiful" voice has to go to Charlotte Church and Mandy Moore (seriously).

Male "beautiful" voice goes to Freddie Mercury.

I like Stevie Nicks, but there's a difference between a good voice and a pretty voice. I love listening to Janis Joplin and Mick Jagger sing too, but I certainly wouldn't say either of them has a pretty voice.

My pick is Norah Jones. Listening to her voice just blows me away. Sounds like the voice of angels.

I'll also add Gwyneth Paltrow.
I've only heard her sing one song (Cruisin from the movie Duets), but I think she's got a gorgeous voice.
