In SoCal, there are three places to go for wings.

1) Hooters. It's much better here than it is farther East for some reason, so you elitists just shut the hell up. Service sucks though.

2) Hot Wings Cafe. Locations in LA and Pasadena. There may be more. Cheap and solid wings. Not much else.

3) Webers. Never been there, but they've been recommended a lot: Weber's Place - 19312 Vanowen St, Reseda, CA.
