How can Time Warner not be in St. Paul? Maybe they're one of those geigh ass cities that treats a cable company like a teleco and only allows them to operate in the city because the city council is full of absolute idiots that somehow think non-competition is going to give them better service...kind of like Chanhassen; ok, my rant is over. I'd have to say stay away from satellite though?so I guess you?re stuck with Comcast.
