Who has made a helmet cam?

I figured who better to ask than a bunch of tech geeks.

Has anyone ever pieced together a helmet cam system or bought a complete one?
I guess there's the normal way of buying the Sony/JVC/Canon compatible camera with a bullet cam and rig together a storage system. But where do bicyclists put everything?
There's surely gotta be some kind of small self contained camera, isn't there? Something suitable for a motorcycle helmet.
