Who Has Bluetooth In Their Helmet?

Which one?

I've tried the O'Neal Tirade helmet (utter pos and it went back) and the Chatterbox XBi2-H (doesn't stay connected and isn't loud enough).

Only reason I could see for getting one of those is bike to bike communication. I have zero interest in taking phone calls while I'm riding.

I mostly use it to talk to my passenger/wife.

I haven't tried them but a friend of mine I ride with from time to time uses the Chatterbox. I'll ask him which one and if he is happy with it.

Edit-He has the XB2 and says he's been happy with it. Only complaint is that it is kind of big. He uses it with a full face helmet and says it works pretty well.

I have used the scalas and Senas mounted to my helmets....never built in... So I have greater choice in helmets.

Love the Sena set up...louder than the scala by far.

I hate to post in a thread where I can give no input whatsoever...

...but am I the only one who got funny mental pictures from the thread title? I wasn't in the 'motorcycle' mindset, so I saw a guy in an everyday...uhh...'tard helmet' (that's PC, right?) appearing to be talking to himself.

I used the G4 for occasional music listening on longer rides and also communicating with a couple other bikes that I rode with.

I was very impressed with it. Outside of bass it was very clear and sounded great. Another nice thing about it is the sound auto adjusted as I sped up. Then it would quiet a bit when stopped at a light.

I only took a few calls while riding and people on the other end said they had no idea I was on the bike.

I used the FM function occasionally and it work flawlessly.

Outside of that it didn't take too much effort to put onto the helmet. Took maybe 15-20 minutes to install.

I've only got two cons about it. It's a bit on the expensive side, though it can be found at a decent price now. And it'll only sync with 3 other people (now addressed with the new G9).

I would highly recommend it and would purchase again if the need arose.
