What company currently offers the best warranty on their motherboards, with minimum hassle to get a replacement?

Also, who supports their boards the longest with BIOS updates?

If they handle motherboard RMAs as well as they do video card RMAs, then I say EVGA.

ASUS has a pretty good warranty exchange program...They verify the serial number & send you a new board...Then you send them your old one...
